Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler Job Description As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently distributed. Your primary responsibilities include receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and shipping warehouse inventory. This role requires familiarity with a Warehouse Management System, as technology is integral to the job.

Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts. Receive and store incoming material in accordance with the warehouse management system process.

Select, pack, and palletize shipments. Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments and conduct cycle counts. Maintain a clean warehouse by following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.

Essential Skills Proven track record of attendance and reliability. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous order picking and pulling experience is preferred. Experience with forklifts and cherry pickers is advantageous. Entry-level candidates with zero experience are welcome.

Work Environment The warehouse is a spacious 150,000 square foot facility equipped with forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks in constant operation. Shifts vary, with opportunities for more tenured workers to start as early as 3:00am and continue until midnight or later. The environment is collaborative, with managers actively participating on the floor.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $22.00/hr.
