Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are stored, handled, and distributed efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within the warehouse setting, from receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to preparing orders for delivery.
Responsibilities: Receive and unload shipments, checking for accuracy and quality. Store products in designated areas within the warehouse according to inventory procedures. Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring items are secure and properly labeled.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory efficiently. Perform regular inventory checks, reporting discrepancies and ensuring stock is updated. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.
Skills Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus. Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking.
