Warehouse Worker Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a 1st shift Warehouse Associate. This role requires flexibility with start times at 7:30 am but occasionally starting at 8:00 am. The position involves heavy lifting and manual handling of boxes and materials. $19/hr Responsibilities – Scan correct boxes. – Perform accurate order pulling while meeting productivity metrics. – Pay attention to detail. – Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods. – Work without assistance to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including navigating inclines, stairs, and uneven surfaces. – Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders. – Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine box locations. – Operate handheld scanners. – Maintain balance on ladders. – Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills – General labor experience. – Order pulling experience. – Proficiency with RF scanners. – Experience in material handling, loading, picking, and unloading. – Ability to operate pallet jacks. Additional Skills & Qualifications – Steel-toed boots are required. – Must be able to perform constant heavy lifting.

Work Environment The work environment is a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Employees must be prepared to work in varying temperatures and conditions, and wear appropriate safety gear such as steel-toed boots. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, California.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 – $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
