We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the smooth flow of our day-to-day processes. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing the efficient receiving, processing, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse.
You’ll report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Freezer Lead and Purchasing Manager to maintain productivity, organization, and accurate inventory levels, while leading a dedicated team of warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and prioritize daily warehouse workflows and ensure completion of daily checklists. Oversee product picking, wrapping, labeling, and order accuracy.
Ensure carts are loaded correctly and prepped for the next day. Maintain accountability for inventory counts and implement FIFO procedures. Coordinate with sales on managing slow-moving inventory.
Receive and inspect deliveries, report and track damages. Monitor freezer temperatures and remove ice buildup as needed. Enforce HACCP guidelines and health/safety standards.
Lead, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for warehouse staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and equipment. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety regulations.
Assist drivers with product loading/unloading when needed. Manage minor maintenance tasks for equipment and warehouse infrastructure. Take initiative on continuous improvements and process optimization.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma required; some college preferred. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
