Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform Logistics functions in accordance with Contract Statement of Work, Property Management Plan, Associate Contractor Agreements, and specified instructions, regulations, and policies. Assist the NTTR Property Manager in conducting property transactions. This includes but is not limited to processing location and custodian changes in Maximo.

Update Maximo Database Application records as needed. This includes but is not limited to updating item images in Maximo and Livelink, processing material issues and turn-ins, and creating new item master records as necessary. Maintain and organize the disposition warehouse.

Control and process all items identified for disposition. This includes but is not limited to sorting, assigning cases, labeling, preparing items for inspection, palletizing, and shipping. Assist with disposition document processing.

This includes but is not limited to submitting cases for disposition screening and approval (PCARSS), researching model/part numbers, national stock numbers in FedLog or Maximo (LSN), posting, submitting (ETID), and retrieving documents for disposition (EDOCS). Perform document archiving. This includes but is not limited to running monthly transaction history reports, obtaining necessary documents from customers, scanning, and posting into Livelink.

Maintain spare parts, supplies and equipment required to support the operation and maintenance. This includes but is not limited to maintaining and organizing project storerooms, project spares warehouse, and material storerooms. Perform material and asset inventories as scheduled by the APM.

Complete all assigned inventories within the given timeframe. Store, stack or palletize materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods. Operate a forklift truck to move materials, furniture and equipment as needed.

Visit northern ranges as directed to aid in Logistics inventory, warehouse support, and disposition processing. Qualifications: Education : High School Graduate or High School Equivalency. Experience: At least one year of related work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required for this Position: Ability to : Perform certain physical tasks necessary to perform work in a warehouse operation such as moderate lifting and moderate carrying; Obtain and maintain certification as a forklift driver; Maintain accurate documentation; Communicate effectively in both oral and written form; Effectively organize and prioritize workloads; Establish and maintain successful work relationships with those contacted in the performance of this position; Work in a team environment; Work independently with little direct supervision; Work under deadlines; Perform work in an ISO compliant/certified environment.
