Job Description Job Description Position: Order Picker / Forklift Operator Location: Ontario or Rialto Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts, lift trucks, and cherry pickers to move and stack materials Load/unload trucks and containers in shipping/receiving areas Perform accurate order picking and fulfill customer orders Use pallet jacks and RF scanners for internal transport and tracking Conduct daily forklift inspections; report maintenance issues Follow warehouse safety protocols at all times Maintain clean, organized storage areas and accurate inventory records Requirements: 4 years warehouse or order picking experience Valid forklift certification preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Fluent in English or Spanish (bilingual a plus) Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
