Job Description Job Description Currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate inventory and verifying material leaving and entering the warehouse vs physical count of stock Responsible for specialized warehouse tasks in loading and unloading material Maintaining the condition of the work area with materials organized in proper locations, disposal of trash, and overall cleanliness of the warehouse Delivery of materials to designated locations Review each company vehicle daily/weekly/monthly/bi -annual/annually and complete required Checklists Identify immediate maintenance concerns and determine appropriate action Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs – prior approval required by the owner before sending to the contractor for service/repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory for trucks Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Maintain accurate parts for each vehicle Complete weekly vehicle report and meet with owner weekly to review Oversee maintenance of forklifts – weekly inspections, contractor maintenance orders Facility general maintenance (ie: replace or repair door hardware, toilet hardware, etc.) Qualifications: Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently Ability to stand for periods up to and exceeding 60 minutes Ability to make repetitive movements, including, but not limited to bending, squatting or reaching. Basic math aptitude Previous experience in vehicle maintenance Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Microsoft suite – Word/Excel Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Regular exposure to factors such as temperature changes. Prior warehouse and construction/insulation experience Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus Must have valid Texas Driver’s License .
