Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Ontario, CA Pay Range: $17.75 – $21/hour What’s the Job? – Receiving and Processing: Unloading incoming shipments, verifying contents, and ensuring proper storage. – Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies. – Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipping, ensuring accurate quantities and proper packaging. – Shipping and Logistics: Loading and unloading trucks, using shipping software, and preparing shipping documents. – Equipment Operation: Operating machinery like forklifts (cherry picker and sit-down), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. What’s Needed? – No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates. – Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. – Effective communication skills to work within a team. – Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
