As a Technical Service Rep, you will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager, oversee project installations, perform service and repair on equipment, transport items that require movement in order to meet company needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: – Oversee installation of customer’s projects including personnel assigned to the project. – Inspects finished jobs to assure quality control standards have been met. – Interacts with salesperson, management, and customers on status of customer projects. – Operates light duty (less than three tons). – Helps load/unload pipe, pumps and equipment for scheduled delivery to customer or another Branch. – Keeps accurate written records of all deliveries and pick-ups, obtains customer signatures as well as pictures needed for invoicing as required by management. – Maintains all driving records required by management on a timely basis. – Performs required truck inspections. Maintains truck in top operating condition.
Reports any needed maintenance/repair to Operations Manager in writing. Keeps truck clean. – Perform maintenance and repair duties on all rental equipment – Maintains a safe, neat, and orderly working environment. – Completes paperwork as assigned. – Follows company safety rules and wears personal protective equipment at all times. – Delivery and pick up of rental equipment.
