Job Title: Shipping Clerk $19-20 Job Description – The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for receiving and pulling products by hand or pallet jack, repackaging orders, breaking down bulk orders, and shipping products to customers. Schedule: Mon-Thu 11am-7:30pm ; Fri 9:30am-6pm Responsibilities – Receive and pull products by hand or using a pallet jack. – Utilize MEDWMS scanners for picking/packing of customer orders. – Complete picking/packing processes with quality and accuracy to ensure order fulfillment. – Ensure proper packaging and documentation for Hazardous materials. – Monitor all validated shipments and coordinate with Team Leads. – Coordinate all shipping activities with the Shipping Team Leads. – Ensure proper PPE is maintained at all times according to procedures – Repackage orders into smaller quantities. – Break down bulk orders. – Ship products to customers. – Conduct inventory management. Essential Skills – 1-2 years of packaging and receiving or shipping experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment. – Experience with picking, packing, and general labor tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications – Ability to work efficiently in a team setting. – International shipping – Cherry picker/ Forklift – Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders. Why Work Here? This is a contract-to-hire position that offers a climate-controlled work environment.
You will be working the 1st shift with a supportive team of 40-50 members. The role provides stability and opportunities for growth within the company. Work Environment – The work environment is climate controlled.
Employees are required to wear closed-toe shoes. The team comprises 40-50 members in production and warehouse. Schedule: Mon-Thu 11am-7:30pm ; Fri 9:30am-6pm.
The position rarely requires working on weekends. Employees are given two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, Texas.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
