Overview
Shipping & Receiving/Warehouse Assistant Temp-to-Hire Location: Houston, TX 77073 Pay: $18-$22/ Hour DOE Shift: M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1/2 hour unpaid lunch break) Main Duties: Pull thread protectors from inventory and take to machine shop. Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing/banding, wrapping, and/or crating. Load/unload outgoing incoming trucks, using a forklift the transport pallets.
Transport materials about the facility as needed. Unpack incoming parts, separating as required and prepare for work in shop by palletizing. Requirements: Previous forklift experience/certification mandatory with 36K lb.-class forklift.
Positive safety attitude. Familiarity with oil industry products (pipe, threaded pipe and accessories, thread protectors) is desirable. Must have valid Driver License Drug test and background check.
