Join Our Team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk Location: Jerry Seiner, Casa Grande Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team? Jerry Seiner in Casa Grande has an immediate opening for a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk. If you have a passion for logistics, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have an eye for detail, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
Ensure all parts are correctly logged, stored, and properly distributed to the appropriate department or location. Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standards. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers for smooth delivery and receipt of goods.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment, including the parts and shipping areas. Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and inventory reconciliations. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external customers. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Experience: Prior experience in shipping and receiving; dealership experience is a plus but not required. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
Communication Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions in English and effectively communicate with coworkers, customers, and vendors. Physical Ability: Capability to transport parts weighing up to 70 lbs multiple times daily.
