Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Kitchen Designer / Office Sales Assistant to join our growing team Schedule: Monday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm $ 16 – $18 DOE/Interview Responsibilities Replying emails, answering phones, greeting walk – in customers. Responding to customer inquiries about the products we offer Assists with data entry tasks Assists with inventory control Managing client requests for images and copy by following client guidelines Scheduling customers appointments Assisting customers in the showroom, field/job site or via phone Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure that customer projects are completed on time and to the customer satisfaction Support the store appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe Other assigned task maybe required Qualifications High school degree or GED Prior sales experience is a plus Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, data bases, scripts and other tools appropriately QuickBooks knowledge Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills English is a must Organized and detailed oriented able to work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail Strong follow up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attendance record Additional Information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to work in teams willingness to work on evenings and also Saturdays Prior kitchen design and industry experience is preferred but not required Please reach out to Maleko Personnel at 801-401-3535 or submit your resume at Saltlakecitymalekopersonnel.com Company Description MALEKO PERSONNEL is the leader in specialized industrial, production, and logistics staffing.
