Job Description Job Description MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT WITH 2 YEARS IN SUPERVISION Connect Staffing is seeking a experienced Receiving Lead to fill an opening at a large Third Party Logistics Warehouse located in Ontario, CA. Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm (OT very likely and will vary) Requirements for the Receiving Lead: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receiving lead or manager Minimum 3 years experience working in a warehouse environment Must be certified to operate a cherry picker 3PL (Third Party Logistics) experience highly preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality control procedures Must be able to safely lift heavy objects of 75 lbs or greater Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
Prior experience in roles such as Receiving Supervisor, Inventory Control Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Receiving Clerk, Shipping and Receiving Manager, Inventory Supervisor, Warehouse Operations Lead, or Material Handling Manager is a big plus! Work closely with the purchasing, inventory, and shipping departments to coordinate the flow of goods Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all received goods meet company standards Provide regular updates and reports to the Warehouse Manager on receiving activities and performance Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations All candidates meeting the minimum requirements will receive an SMS invite to an AI-based interview.
