Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability are crucial to navigate the demands of various events. Bilingual Preferred Responsibilities Floral Production: – Cleaning, maintaining and organizing tools, equipment and workspaces – Assist in the preparation of flowers and materials, including conditioning, processing, and organizing supplies. – Help with the upkeep and transportation of floral arrangements to event venues, ensuring all items arrive safely and on time. – Help set up centerpieces on tables, including flowers arrangements and decorative items on event days following the layout and design plans provided by the lead designer. – Assist with on-site floral maintenance during events, such as refreshing arrangements and ensuring everything remains in pristine condition. – Safe loading and unloading of flowers and rental items into cargo vans/trucks for Events. Inventory Management: – Provide warehouse support in maintaining inventory and tracking supplies. – Assemble and organize inventory items for storage and distribution, ensuring proper labeling, categorization – Receive and Inspect new and returned Inventory for damage and defects to ensure quality control. – Report any damaged, lost, or stolen items to management. – Label all items and storage locations clearly to ensure efficient and accurate retrieval. – Manage the proper storage of items to prevent damage and ensure their suitability for future use. – Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking. – Assist to maintain inventory records regularly to accurately reflect current stock levels. – Conduct periodic physical counts of inventory to verify records, identify discrepancies, and reconcile any differences between recorded and actual stock levels. – Support the development of inventory records for company tracking purposes. – Manage Equipment Maintenance by scheduling and tracking routine checks to ensure items are in good working order. – Communicate repairs or replacements needed for damaged or worn-out items. – Retrieve, label and safe packing of items for upcoming events according to specific requirements. – Clean and ensure all items are in excellent ‘rental ready’ condition before dispatch. – Pack and label all items for storage or transport, following company protocols to ensure everything is accounted for and in good condition.
