Title : Order Management Coordinator Location : Kent, WA Duration : 3 months (Temp-to-hire) Description : A leading engineering and rental solutions company is hiring a Customer Service Representative III to support order fulfillment and rental coordination. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders, managing inventory schedules, supporting billing, and occasionally inspecting equipment in the warehouse. The position is onsite and offers the opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance after 91 days.

Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Track inventory and schedule technicians using internal ERP tools Coordinate service orders, returns, and deliveries Process billing, contract updates, and documentation Inspect rental equipment and access warehouse as needed (PPE provided) Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills Forklift experience preferred
