If are looking for a great company to grow along side with, join our team Mersino is seeking a Material Handler candidate to join our Burton, MI Branch The Material Handler candidate will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, maintaining stock in the warehouse, and moving stock and other materials. ATTENTION: Our Burton location will be moving to Davison in the Fall of 2024. Responsibilities: Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading and securing product Maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections Cross train to learn multiple functions in the production environment Load and unload equipment and supplies as directed, as well as delivery trucks ensuring that each delivery matches the company purchase order Clean and organize shop and other areas as required Comply with company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify solutions to prevent future occurrences Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities What We Have to Offer: Competitive Pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401k with Company Match Opportunities for Advancement Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required CDL-A (Helpful) Current and valid OSHA forklift operation certificate, or the ability to acquire certification Experience in inventory or logistics preferred Equal Opportunity Employer
