POSITION EXPECTATIONS Position Expectations To transport and sort donated, purchased merchandise, salvage or recycle goods for preparation, recycle or trash to meet preset production and sales goals. To handle day to day operations of processing, moving bales, physically loading, or unloading trucks with pallet jacks and dollies.

Responsibilities Structures Day to day operations must be structured to allow everyone to meet preset production goals. Loads or unloads truck for/from deliveries depending upon the production needs, Assists in donations; knows criteria for accepting donations, gives prompt assistance to donors, and offers every donor a receipt. Follows all safety policies, asset protection policies and team member policies as outlined in the team member handbook, asset protection manual and safety manual.

Reports all injuries or safety & asset protection violations to a superior as soon as they occur or before the end of their shift. Operates safely a pallet jack, or hand truck. Assists loading and unloading of trucks and trailers donations/merchandise during sweeps and store deliveries as well at the warehouse, occasionally assist transportation with trash/dump runs.

Maintains excellent attendance and avoids any tardiness or early outs. Unloads any containers in the warehouse areas (bins, totes, gaylords, etc.). Assists in any other projects as determined by management.

Qualifications Education, Experience, and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.
