This 24-month temp-to-perm opportunity is perfect for candidates looking to start quickly and grow into a long-term role. Job Responsibilities: Review and process customer orders Stock, label, and distribute materials in warehouses or on manufacturing lines Move materials using forklifts, trucks, cranes, or other equipment Perform inventory tracking, cycle counts, and data entry in SAP and IQMS Handle outbound shipping preparation, crating, and auditing Schedule and arrange specialized crating, rigging, and trucking Follow all safety protocols and perform regular inspections Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Knowledge of inventory control and safety procedures Forklift certification (preferred) Strong organization, time management, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Able to lift up to 35 pounds and operate material handling equipment Safety Protocols Include: Required PPE and cleanroom procedures Lockout/Tagout (LOTO and ZEST) compliance Use of ergonomic and lifting equipment Active participation in safety inspections and hazard reporting Benefits (via Pride Global): Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Life and disability insurance Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounts on auto, home, pet insurance, and more!
