We’re looking for a dynamic Material Handler to join our team and play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for our daily shipments—physically receive and process all incoming packages.
Distribute packages across our facility, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the right departments. Safely transport materials between buildings, keeping our operations flowing seamlessly. Handle hazardous materials with care and precision, following strict safety protocols.
Kickstart the inspection process by processing essential paperwork and labeling all incoming materials. Keep our inventory on point Update our inventory spreadsheet with daily material usage and ensure our records are accurate. Take charge of housekeeping—maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
Stay sharp with ongoing training on area procedures and specific responsibilities. Ensure products meet all material spec requirements and compliance standards. Be a team player—take on additional duties as needed to support our operation.
What You’ll Bring: A high school diploma or GED is a must. 1–2 years of experience in a shipping, warehouse, inventory control, or receiving environment. Stellar organizational skills with a background in inventory and warehouse operations. Experience with FEFO/FIFO material issuing and an understanding of material flow in and out of a warehouse.
Familiarity with cGMP environments is a plus. Strong math skills—if you can add, subtract, and multiply, you’re good to go Detail-oriented with solid computer skills, especially in Excel and Microsoft programs. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of the team.
