They ensure that the right materials are available at the right time, ensuring a smooth production process and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role involves physical labor and requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and organizational skills.
We are a rapidly growing family-owned business that provides premium temporary surface protection in the US to the construction industry. We are looking for a Material Handler to work in our Warehouse and Distribution Center in Northwest Dallas. Applicants Only – No Recruiters Please Duties include, but are not limited to: Load and unload shipments Organize inventory Ensure materials are delivered on time Take inventory of products and packages Perform quality control on items Document orders and transactions Use inventory and records software Clean machinery Keep loading and docking areas clear Pack goods Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred. Forklift certification or the ability to operate material handling equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a warehouse setting.
