Job Description Job Description BCForward is looking for a logistics coordinator at Louisville, KY 40258 Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: Louisville, KY 40258 Schedule: 4/10 Schedule, Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: $20/HR Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate the receipt, storage, and distribution of marketed products in a cGMP-compliant environment. You will play an integral role in supporting the Distribution Operations team by preparing outbound orders, palletizing shipments, and organizing them for carrier pickup.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or walkie riders and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack marketed products accurately based on shipping orders. Use manual labor and equipment such as pallet jacks to move products and supplies.
Perform physical inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels. Conduct safety and functionality checks on equipment. Access and input data into various databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Organize shipments by carrier type and stage them in the designated pickup area. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (e.g., forklifts, walkie riders) is required .
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Proficiency in basic mathematics for inventory counts and order processing. Competency with PC desktop applications and business operations software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment. Familiarity with cGMP environments is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials using manual labor and equipment.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
