Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for the following duties: scheduling and the shipment of parts and games within compliance regulations and per the production schedule. Assist with performing physical inventory counts as scheduled. Ensure packaging supplies are always on hand to meet shipping demands.

Perform daily maintenance and clean-up warehouse areas. Reports to: Shipping Supervisor MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: This position is responsible for providing the first point of contact to coordinate all shipping scheduled activities with emphasis on scheduled deliveries Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure Ainsworth’s goals are met Responsible to resolve, and document all issues reported by customers in relation to shipment quality Coordinate the delivery of products based on customer delivery dates Request BOL’s and schedule trucks and packaging activities Ensure all shipments for customers are picked, packaged and labeled correctly and in accordance with compliance instructions Ensure shipments (incoming and outgoing) match serial numbers on the shipping documents, and material is packaged in accordance with best practices to prevent damage Unload trucks using hand trucks or forklift, adhere to safe OSHA standards; operate pallet jack and other warehouse forklift equipment, maintain shipping supplies Provide back up support for sorting, packaging, labeling, unpacking, and loading. Update departmental logs – folders and spreadsheets Follow established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, continuous quality improvement practices, safety policies, and promote workplace safety and environmental practices Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and maintain department files of shipments in and out.

Provide documents to other departments daily Maintain excellent attention to detail, meticulous record keeping and organizational skills Provide timely and accurate notifications to internal and external customers concerning shipment status and maintain production schedule Resolve any issues that could prevent or delay shipments Track inbound overseas freight as needed Performs any other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma plus 3 to 5 years shipping and receiving experience Must have or be able to obtain forklift certification KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS Experience with domestic and international shipments Experience in a small parcel distribution environment shipping with FedEx, UPS and DHL Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in an MRP Experienced in coordinating transportation and distribution activities Excellent MS Office computer skills Be able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy Independent self-starter with positive attitude Must be a team player Able to work overtime as needed ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming registration.
