Job Description Job Description Overview: This position will ensure timely delivery and pickup of audio-visual equipment. This position will support the organization by maintaining a high level of client satisfaction with the timeliness in which they receive their product and professionally handling any issues that may arise. This position will report to the Director of Logistics.

Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Operate company vehicles for deliveries and pickups according to applicable state and federal transportation laws. Transports loads safely and in a timely manner while obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.

Plan and complete an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day. Deliver products to correct address, maintains signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork. Pick up equipment along the scheduled route, including company orders, and other items as requested.

Load and unload goods and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unload empty skids and return all equipment to designated area. Interact professionally with clients, acting as a liaison for the company. Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries performed.

Ensure the delivery vehicle receives basic service according to the maintenance schedule and reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to the Manager as well as performing daily safety checks. Works closely with Logistics and performs cross-functional duties with other departments. Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps. Ability to plan delivery routes. Ability to maintain basic logs and records.

Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points. Thorough understanding of traffic regulations, road signs, and routes.

Supervisory Responsibilities: There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position. Work Environment: Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and warehouse environments and is regularly exposed to heavy machinery and noise. Physical Demands: While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of office operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend work are required as job duties demand.

Travel: Travel may be required for this position as mandated by the needs of the multiple Nationwide locations which would include out-of-area and overnight travel.
