As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout our facility.
If you have experience operating multiple types of forklifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate various types of forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking and documenting material movements. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Qualifications Recent Forklift expeirence Experience operating the Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-down Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required.
You should be proficient in: Warehouse Experience Material Handler Experience Forklift Licensed Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Basic Computer Skills Salary info: $18 – $20 / hr
