Job Description Job Description As an Associate, you will carry out detailed picking, packing, shipping, receiving, auditing, and replenishing procedures in accordance with company policy. You will have recent Material Handler Equipment Certification and must have Cherry Picker Experience. You will ensure the physical organization of all products to achieve optimal efficiency and accountability within the warehouse.
This includes physically moving products to various locations within the facility, such as bulk, picking, and designated areas. You will maintain the organization and cleanliness of all inventory processing and storage areas, perform and reconcile inventory cycle counts and block audits, and ensure the picking floor is consistently replenished and well-stocked. Additionally, you will prepare for and engage in all scheduled periodic physical inventory audits.
It is crucial to provide efficient written and verbal communication regarding inventory issues to management and the store team promptly. Experience in truck loading-unloading (pallet and floor-loads), the ability to operate a forklift, reach truck, cherry picker is a requirement. You will use scanners to track, check, prioritize, and route inventory, inspect labels, bar-codes, and other features of completed orders, collaborate with warehouse, client services, and other managers to optimize processes, and manage location tasks such as pallet stacking, labeling, and cleaning.
