Overview

Forklift Operator in Northeast Baytown Forklift Operator must possess a thorough knowledge of processes and procedures associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions within a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for in and outbound orders, inventory management, storage, and accurate documentation of packaged material from conveyor line. Requirements: • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. • Mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide). • Physical demands: Must be able to lift 55 – 100 lbs. • Warehouse environment: in and outdoor with possible extreme weather conditions. • Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment. • Perform various tasks in assistance or in support of the organization including but not limited to general labor. • Be willing to work other than normal scheduled hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays according to the needs of the business. • Punctuality is a must; be on time and ready to work at the start of shift. • Must pass the client Forklift Driver Exam for both theory and practice. • Must have a valid/current driver’s license. • Ensure all dock operations are performed according to the specific instructions. • Must possess the skills to provide quality customer service, including the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner within diversified situations. • Ability to perform assigned work tasks with little or no supervision.

Schedule: 2:30pm to 12:00am Monday to Friday. Saturdays when required.
