Kelly is hiring for our client, a leader in distribution, seeking reliable and safety-conscious operators to join their team! n nJob Overview nAs a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, store, relocate, and count merchandise.
This role requires safe and efficient forklift operation, along with general warehouse duties such as order picking, shipping, and inventory management. n nSchedule and Payn nt 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $21.00 per hournt 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM | $22.50 per hournt Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $23.00 per hourn nMust be available to train on a Tuesday at 9:00 AM for first day n nKey Responsibilitiesn nt Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks in daily tasks.nt Unload inbound shipments and transport products to appropriate storage locations.nt Pick and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.nt Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation.nt Use RF scanning equipment to track and manage inventory movement.nt Conduct equipment safety checks prior to operation and report any issues.nt Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.n n nQualificationsn nt Must have experience operating sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks .nt Minimum of 3 months of forklift and/or warehouse equipment experience.nt Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.nt Comfortable working in a variety of warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, lighting).nt Must be available for irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.nt Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.n n nWhy Kelly?n nt Weekly pay and competitive wages.nt Opportunities for growth and advancement.nt Ongoing support from Kelly recruiters throughout the hiring process.n n nApply today to start your next opportunity with Kelly!
