Plumb Supply Company has an opportunity for a dependable person with a great attitude, attention to detail and a team player to join their Branson, MO team. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime as required.
Responsibilities: Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze both current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales Unloading and inspecting incoming product Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate company’s competitive advantage Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Loading and unloading trucks using dollies, dolly carts, forklifts, and other tools as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge is a bonus Successful sales and/or customer service experience and great communication skills Ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and customers both in person and over the phone Strong PC skills with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Forklift experience is a plus Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check) Must possess or obtain a Class E driver’s license and pass a DOT physical within 30 days of hire
