Crossroads Carriers, LLC is an Over the Road and Regional truckload carrier handling both refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight.
We are looking to add good dependable drivers to our fleet which consists of 53 foot refrigerated trailers, Freightliner and Kenworth tractors that range from 2007 to 2016 Job Summary Company Driver (W2, Solo) Refrigerated OTR $1,250 – $1,450 total weekly avg. pay 2,800 – 3,200 avg. miles per week Line Haul No Driver Load/Unload Home Time 13 expected days out Get 2 days of home time for every 13 days worked Home at least one weekend per month Benefits Medical Paid holidays Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Maintaining a driver’s log in accordance with DOT regulations.
Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Hiring Requirements Class A license 2 years OTR experience
