Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking/packing, and forklift operation.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities : Receive and Inspect Shipments : Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation. Inventory Management : Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping while ensuring accuracy and quality. Equipment Operation : Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, power tools and other warehouse equipment. Maintain Cleanliness and Safety : Keep the warehouse clean and organized while adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Communication : Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience. Operating a forklift and working with power tools.
Skills : Good basic math skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to read a tape measurer.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Certifications : Forklift certification is highly preferred. Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
